I don’t have access to the test server so I don’t know whether that quest turn up earlier and then goes green at level 80 which Eliatans replies seem to suggest, if it does then the note is incredibly bad wording in my opinion and gives undue prominence to such a minor detail, especially since the quest doesn’t currently exist and so it.
